Organizational Structure:
Trezza Partners is set up as a New Jersey Partnership
Operation of Partnerships:
Trezza Partners sets up individual partnerships for each racehorse. Currently, we're up to Partnership #39. Our home base is Township of Washington, New Jersey.
Training Facilities:
Our horses are currently being trained at Skyview Farm in Flemington, N.J.-which is owned by the Salerno Family and at Dancer Farms in New Egypt, NJ. We may decide to use the Meadowlands training facility or ship us to Pocono Downs with Steve Salerno.
Horses Racing:
Currently have 5 horses racing in 5 separate partnerships in 2009:
Tinys Million (Partnership #34)
Tammibest (Partnership #35)
Four Starz Affair (Partnership #36)
Kathryn Dancer A (Partnership #37)
John Adams (Partnership #39)
Yankee Lance-died in August 2008 (Partnership #38)
We recently retired our top racehorse-Carlspur ($910,000+) in January 2008 and sold him to stand stud in Atlantic Canada. We plan to start Partnership #40 in the early part of 2010.
Racing Venues:
Meadowlands, Freehold, Pocono Downs, Monticello, Chester Downs, Dover Downs & Yonkers Raceway. The Meadowlands Racetrack is our primary racetrack of choice-followed by Chester Downs in Pa.
